PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (Perseroan) merupakan
bagian Tempo Grup yang awalnya bernama PT PD Tempo pada 3 Nopember 1953
dibidang perdagangan produk farmasi. Perseroan dibentuk melalui proses
restrukturisasi pada 1991 dan semula Perseroan bernama PT Scanchemie
yang pada 1970 memulai kegiatan produksi komersial produk farmasi dalam
skala besar. Perseroan melalui entitas anaknya juga memproduksi produk
kosmetik dan produk konsumen sejak 1977.
Saat ini PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk kembali membuka lowongan kerja sbb
Management Trainee Program 2021
Tempo Scan Management Trainee is a platform for young talents to become future leaders in Tempo Scan Group. These best young talents would become key of company to ensure sustainability of business in the future. We have three cluster in these program: Branch Operations, Sales and Finance.
1. Management Trainee – Operations (Code: TMT-O):
- Bachelor degree from Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electro Engineering, Pharmacy, Management, Accounting and Finance
- Passionate about branch operational management
- Have a knowledge about logistics and distribution services, branch operational controlling, and Q&SHE (Quality & Safety Health Environment)
2. Management Trainee – Sales (Code: TMT-S):
- Bachelor degree from any major & “first priority : Fresh Graduate”
- Able to drive a car or ride a motorcycle and have your own driving license category A and C
- Passionate about sales and marketing
- Have a knowledge about sales, marketing, consumer goods and consumer behavior
3. Management Trainee – Finance (Code: TMT-F):
- Bachelor degree from Accounting/ Computerized Accounting
- Passionate about accounting, finance and tax
- Have a knowledge about financial audit procedure, financial statement and tax regulation
General Requirements:
- Age maximum 24 years for S1 and 26 Years for S2
- Bachelor degree from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
- Fresh graduate / experience maximum 2 years
- Willing to learn and to experience company business and management style from various positions and roles
- Fast learner, proactive, Energetic, persistent and high achiever
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong in leadership, business sense, problem solving skills, and digital literacy
- Actively involved in organization activities
- Excellent with Microsoft office and general computer skills
- Willing to be located in all of Indonesia
